1. Services

Mayurpankh Invitations provides digital invitation design services for various occasions including weddings, engagements, birthdays, and other events.

All products delivered are digital files only. No physical product will be shipped.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

• All information provided by you is accurate and complete
• You have the right to use any content (text, images, logos) you submit
• You will not use our services for any illegal or harmful purpose

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Full advance payment is required before starting the design

4. Design & Revisions

• We provide revisions based on the selected product or agreement
• Minor changes are usually included; major changes may incur additional charges
• Final files will be delivered only after approval and full payment

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order
• Delays may occur due to incomplete information or late responses from the client
• Final digital invitation files will be delivered via email, WhatsApp, or download link

6. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital invitation designs, no refunds will be provided once the design process has started
• If a refund is approved (before work begins), it may be subject to processing fees

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs created by Mayurpankh Invitations remain our intellectual property
• After full payment, the client receives rights to use the final design for personal and non commercial use
• Reselling, redistributing, or modifying the design for commercial resale is strictly prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss caused due to incorrect information provided by the client
• Technical issues beyond our control (such as internet or device issues)

9. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled only before the design process begins
• Once work has started, cancellation is not allowed

10. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may use third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for their policies or performance.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
